How Much Will Shipping Cost?
To make shipping custom labeled wine as affordable as possible, our shipping prices are deeply discounted beyond the standard carrier rates, with rates as low as 1¢ for some destinations. Shipping costs vary based on order quantity, destination, and proximity to the winery of origin. To get the best shipping rates, we recommend ordering wine quantities in multiples of 12 bottles.

Where Do You Ship To?
Our winery partners can ship wine to almost every US State, excluding AL, SD, DE, KY, MS, and UT.
Wine shipping is available in the US only.

How Long Will It Take?
Shipping times vary based on shipping destination and proximity to the winery of origin. Orders shipped with our Regular Shipping option will typically arrive within 10-14 business days, while orders placed with Express Shipping will generally arrive within 5-7 business days. Please be aware that requesting a digital proof with your order may delay your order's ship date.

Can I Track My Order?
Both Regular and Express shipping options include order tracking. Once your order has been placed, order status can be viewed using our Track My Order page. If you sign up as a member, you can also view your order's status in the Order History page of your member account.
As soon as your wine has been shipped, all Tracking Notifications from the carrier will be sent to you by email, including Shipping Notifications, Delivery Exceptions, and Delivery Notifications.
Do I Have To Sign For Delivery?
Federal Law requires an Adult signature (over 21) upon delivery of alcoholic beverages. The carrier WILL NOT leave your package unattended in the event that no one is present to sign for the package upon delivery. If the carrier is unable to deliver your shipment after three delivery attempts, your order will be returned to the winery. Reshipment of a wine order due to failed delivery will result in additional shipping charges.
To ensure that someone is present to receive your wine, consider shipping to either a business address, or to a UPS Store. Make sure you check with the store first to confirm that they will be willing to accept wine on your behalf.
Can I Send Wine To Multiple Addresses?
Yes you can! If you have more than one address that you would like your wine shipped to, just select the Multiple Recipient option in the shipping section of the checkout when you place your order. You may enter each address individually through the checkout, or upload all of your addresses at once from a spreadsheet (download our Multiple Recipient spreadsheet template).
Once all of your addresses are entered, you can then split your order up between your recipients however you choose. Please be aware that shipping to more than one address will incur higher shipping costs than shipping to a single address.

What is Your Refund & Return Policy?
Due to the custom and consumable nature of our product, we cannot accept returns on an order once it has been shipped. If however you are not satisfied with the services and products we have provided, please contact our customer service team and we will work with you to resolve the situation to your satisfaction.
